Pasta Al Forno

-        1 medium onion
-        3 garlic cloves
-        500g chicken mince
-        1 cup white wine or chicken stock
-        Add a jar of pasta sauce with herbs
-        Season with pepper and salt
-        Cook till fragrant (approx 15 mins)
-        Cook penne until it’s al dente
-        Stir a little oil through
-        Mix everything together
-        Add fresh basil
-    Sprinkle cheese on top
