Recipe - Sauce for Brocolli (or other Greens)

1/2 Spanish onion grated
2 cloves garlic grated
Juice of 1 small lemon
2 tomatoes grated (throw skin)
Salt and pepper

Method
- Combine all the above ingredients
- Cook vegetables your preferred way
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables while still hot, and either cook for another 2 mins or simply stir through and let sit.
- Enjoy!
