Pesto is easy!
Here’s how …
Simply put all of the following into a Mortar and Pestle
(for the truly devoted). Or, do what I did and use a small food processor…
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 10g Pecorino cheese
- 10g Parmesan cheese
- 40g Basil
- 15g/1 tbsp Pine nuts
- 1 clove Garlic
- salt and pepper
I put my pesto on:
- Pasta
- Beans and potatos
- Pasta with beans and potaoes
- Chicken bake
