You will need
- Round shaped crockery (bowl, cup etc.)
- Red food colouring
- Vanilla ice-cream
- KitKat (or similar shape)
- Chocolate button
- White marshmallow
- honey
Method
- Soften the needed quantity of vanilla ice-cream, add red food colouring until you’re happy with the colour and blend through thoroughly (I used a hand mix)
- Pour into the bowl and allow to set
- When set, cut out half and replace with vanilla (to get the 2-tone effect), and allow to set
- When almost set nuzzle in the KitKat (or whichever you’re using for the axis)
- Just before serving add the chocolate button using honey to adhere it
- Add the marshmallow, also using honey to adhere it
- Serve immediately
